If your pet is bleeding you need to control the bleeding by applying pressure over the wound. You can use a folded up cloth and hold it in position for around 10 minutes, maintain this position consistently.
If the cloth or pressure pad you are using starts to allow blood to seep through you must replace the pad to keep the effectiveness.
